Always moving the integrative health forefront to the next level, Jay's honors include recognition from Cardinal Health for strategies aimed at prevention of prescription medicine abuse and National Alliance of State Pharmacy Associations for Excellence in Innovation in integrative medical approaches. He is also the receipient of the prestigous Bowl of Hygeia award for outstanding civic leadership. Jay also earned honors from Pharmacy Times and Parata Systems as a Next Generation Pharmacist Patient Care finalist.
He is a leader among the global community educating about the polypharmacy epidemic and creating protocols for De-Prescription.
A sought after speaker on a variety of health topics for professionals and lay audiences alike, his commitments have led him to work and support health in person in 40+ states in the USA, plus the District of Columbia, and internationally in Greece, India, Indonesia, Myanmar, Russia, Scotland, Switzerland, Thailand and Vietnam.
He began his yoga immersion in India in 1983 and has been exploring the depths of yoga since then. Throughout his life, he has endeavored to achieve a scientific understanding of yoga and nature cure practices. He has traveled from the Himalayas to Kerala learning a variety of yoga and nature cure practices, and has advanced studies with yoga masters and researchers in India and the US.
He is Co-author of the DVDs “RxRelax Seated Therapeutic Yoga”, “Subtle Yoga for Rejuvenation (SYR)” and audio CDs “RxRelax for Insomnia” and "Relaxation Capsules".

Terry believes that we are here to love and serve. Her deep knowing that each person makes a difference manifested in over 30 years of senior management positions in the nonprofit sector in the Greater Boston and Southern New Hampshire areas.
A sought after national speaker on a variety of health topics, she has presented in person in 43 of the contiguous states in the USA, plus the District of Columbia. Her passions are therapeutic yoga as a tool for social justice and civic engagement.
A life-long student and author, she earned a Master of Social Work degree from Boston College. She is an internationally trained yoga professional, having studied with yoga masters, both renown and renounced, in India, South America and the US, as well as some of the top medical researchers on yoga. She has also immersed into Tai Chi, Qigong, Kung Fu and Ayurveda.
Terry's work is recognized through the following awards: AmplifiHER Community Impact Award from the NH Women’s Foundation, Outstanding Volunteer Champion in the State of NH, Business Excellence Award for YogaCaps, Inc, and RxRelax, LLC from New Hampshire Business Review (NHBR), Good Citizen Award, from Citizen’s Bank Foundation, Consumer Advocacy Award, from Greater Nashua Mental Health Center. Cheryl's efforts are currently focused on the development of new and innovative community services for individuals with developmental disabilities in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is inspired by the individuals she serves to help shape a system of care that supports them in living a life based on their own personal choices, hopes and dreams.
In private practice, she offers psychotherapy to individuals and couples seeking a more balanced and joyful life.
Trained at The Halcyon Center for Child Studies in Southern California, Cheryl began her work as a therapist in 1985 working with children, adolescents and their families.
Cheryl possesses a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University.
Cheryl’s yoga practice began years ago at a small yoga studio in San Francisco. It is for her, a continual inner journey of joy, peace, & surprising revelations about the self and the world.

Served as Assistant Professor of Research at Brown University School of Medicine in Providence, RI and Tufts New England Medical Center in Boston, MA.
His publications include thirteen peer-reviewed journal articles and seventeen abstracts. In addition, he has received a number of fellowships, awards and research grants.
Earned a Ph.D. with a major in Pharmacology and Physiology, and an M.Sc. with a major in Pharmacology and Phytochemistry from the University of Strathclyde In Glasgow, UK. He also earned an MPharm with a major in Pharmaceutical Technology from Andhra University in Visakhapatnam, India.

Well-known international speaker and a presenter at APIC, AORN, SHEA and AAOS national conferences.
Previously the Infection Control Manager at New England Baptist Hospital (NEBH) and was the Director of the Infection Control Unit at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH). One of the original pioneers in the field of infection control, she was awarded the APIC Carole DeMille lectureship in 1990 for excellence in the field of infection control.
Recognized as an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with the National Yoga Alliance and has completed yoga studies with the American Yoga College, International Yoga Studies, Integrative Yoga Therapy and Meridian Hatha Yoga Therapy.
Started practicing yoga when she was 15. By the time she was 17 in nursing school, she started teaching her classmates yoga. It has been a passion of hers all her life. In 1996, she started the Finding Inner Peace Yoga Teacher Certification and has been training yoga teachers since then.
Sees yoga as her calling in life and is committed to continuing the practice and training for other yoga enthusiasts. In 2011, she developed the Yoga School Kit to teach qualified yoga teachers how to set up an affiliate location.

YogaCaps’ classes are typically provided by an exceptional group of people with healthcare experience/interest.
This includes (in alphabetical order):advance practice nurses, behavioral health professionals, educators, nurses, occupational therapists, pharmacists, physical therapists, physicians, physician assistants, volunteers in health settings, etc.
They have experience working with the human condition under duress and they volunteer their time to make yoga more accessible to everybody.
