Certifications
We offer training in RxRelax Therapeutic Yoga and RxRelax Adaptive Yoga. These often provide at least 30.0 continuing education credits for a full range of physical and mental healthcare professionals.

YogaCaps is the producer of the NH Yoga for the Peace event. This family-friendly, donation-based festival served over 800 people throughout the day and featured over 51 of the region’s top yoga teachers/dance and music artists.
